Lisa Piotrkowski is an accomplished customer experience leader with extensive experience in driving customer insights and engagement. Currently serving as the Voice of Customer Lead at UnitingCare Queensland since March 2022, Lisa has successfully expanded the Customer Insights function, increasing voice of customer programs from six to over seventeen and completing over forty research projects. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Principal Insights Officer at Brisbane City Council, where strategic initiatives led to a significant rise in customer engagement. Experience also includes time at Silver Chef Ltd as a Customer Experience Specialist and various leadership roles at Sunsuper, where foundational skills in operational communications, process improvement, and quality coaching were developed. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Organisational Behaviour and Management from Griffith University.
