Raymond A. Letourneau, Jr. serves as the Vice President of Electric Operations at Unitil since May 1996, overseeing the operation and maintenance of the company's electric transmission and distribution systems, as well as managing a predominantly union workforce. Letourneau's extensive experience includes prior roles as Director of Electric Operations and Shared Services, Director of Distribution Operations, and Electric Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring reliable service delivery, strategic operational guidance, and labor negotiations. Before joining Unitil, Letourneau held various engineering and managerial positions at PSNH, now Eversource Energy, from 1982 to 1996, focusing on operations improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Letourneau holds an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
