Lucy Lucas currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Uniti Group Limited, a position held since October 2021, after progressing from the role of People and Culture Manager. Prior to this, Lucy held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ormond College, the University of Melbourne, from November 2015 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Advisor at Beacon Lighting and serving as an HR Business Partner at 3D Networks for nearly a decade. Lucy's expertise encompasses the development and implementation of improvement processes, recruitment strategies, and training management and staff on various HR topics including mental health and diversity issues. Lucy holds a Diploma of Business in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology.
