Adam Bek has extensive work experience in various management roles. In their current position as Managing Director at Unitex Australia Pty Ltd, they lead a leading manufacturer and supplier of exterior facade insulation systems. Adam is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring adherence to the Sto philosophy of "Building with conscience." Prior to this, Adam served as the Managing Director at Sto Australia, where they continued to demonstrate their leadership skills. Adam also worked as a Business Manager at Hardy Spicer for nearly a decade and as the General Manager at AE Smith Building Technologies Pty Ltd. Adam's earlier roles include National Marketing Manager at Festo and Sales Administration Manager at SMC, where they managed sales administration and held various other responsibilities.

Adam Bek completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Management at Monash University from 2004 to 2007. In their earlier years, they attended Moe High School from 1988 to 1990 and Newborough High School from 1985 to 1987.
