Odgerel Purevsuren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Operations and Scrum Manager for Unitel Group since January 2021. Odgerel leads a customer engagement solution development project focused on process automation and digital integration, overseeing a cross-functional team to ensure timely delivery and process improvements with an emphasis on UX/UI design. Previous roles include Project Lead/Product Owner for Unitel applications, Team Lead for Digital Channel Management at Veloo Foundation NGO, and a series of project-related positions across various organizations including Success Bridge and World Vision Mongolia.
