Richard Johnson has over 25 years of experience with telecommunication contract service companies. Since 1996, as a partner and CFO for Southern Diversified Technologies, he has built and managed the administrative team and processes until the company was sold to Unitek in 2018. In the 2 years after Unitek’s acquisition of Southern Diversified, he has accepted various roles with increasing responsibility and now serves as Corporate Controller. He holds a Batchelor of professional accountancy degree from Mississippi State University.
