Rae Shultis is a Digital Marketing Manager at OMG! Innovative Solutions, responsible for managing social media profiles and driving brand awareness through data-driven strategies. With experience as a STEM Volunteer at United Skates of America Inc., Rae has taught K-12 students, while previous roles include Communications & Sustainable Development Strategist at Sustainability Advisors Corporation, where collaborative strategies were developed, and Sustainability Marketing Coordinator at Green Ideas Building Science Consultants, focusing on LEED projects. Rae has also worked as a Sustainability Consultant at US Foods, Administrative Assistant at Empire Marketing Strategies, and held internships related to sustainability and communications at Osborn School District, Sierra Club, Arizona State University, and as a Teaching Assistant. Rae holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University.
