Sharon Osborn, MSIOP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior People Programs and Learning Manager at UnitedMasters, Sharon's leadership includes overseeing learning and development initiatives and diversity efforts. Previously, Sharon held various positions at Marriott International, including Director of Learning during the opening of Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and other roles that spanned across several properties, such as Marriott's Crystal Shores and Residence Inn at Seaworld.
