As Chief Operating Officer at Breakwater Solutions, Renee managed risk mitigation and information governance, while at Cobra Legal Solutions, Renee held the position of Chief Legal Officer, focusing on legal, risk, and compliance functions. Additionally, Renee has served in various legal positions at Dimensional Fund Advisors and Dell, specializing in legal operations, cybersecurity, and litigation support. Renee also contributed as a guest lecturer at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, earned from 1999 to 2002.
