Min Wen is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at UnitedHealth Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Min worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Carpenter Technology Corporation from February 2021 to August 2023, and held the position of Data Scientist at Radial Inc. from June 2019 to February 2021, as well as at Black Knight from January 2019 to May 2019. Academic experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for calculus and linear algebra courses at UC Irvine, and working as a Research Assistant, where complex matrix problems were addressed using multigrid methods and algorithm improvements were made for solving elliptic interface and moving boundary problems. Additional experience includes a Decision Science Analyst role at Cox Automotive Inc. and an internship at Cadence Design Systems. Min earned both a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from UC Irvine between 2013 and 2018.
