Michael Drought is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and wrestling officiating. Currently serving as a Customer Success Advisor at Uptime.com since May 2024, Michael has held various roles in customer success, including Team Lead at Alata and Technical Account Manager at Certified Tracking Solutions. In the wrestling domain, Michael has been a referee for United World Wrestling and an official for Wrestling Canada Lutte since 2006 and 1999, respectively, officiating numerous prestigious events, including world championships and Olympic trials. Michael's leadership and mentoring skills are evident through the training of new officials and delivering clinics. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Athabasca University and previously studied Asia Pacific Management at MacEwan University.
