Alan Myatt is an experienced theological educator and missionary with a robust academic background. Currently serving as a TEI Missionary Scholar for United World Mission in Brazil since October 2011, Alan is also a Professor of Theology at Faculdade Batista do Paraná. Previously, Alan held the position of Adjunct Associate Professor of Theology and Missions at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary from September 2008 to June 2017, teaching various theology courses. Alan's earlier roles include missionary work and teaching positions at several institutions, including the International Mission Board and Faculdade Teológica Batista de São Paulo. Educational credentials include a PhD in Religious Studies/Theology from University of Denver and Iliff School of Theology, an M.Div. in Theology and Bible from Denver Seminary, and a B.A. in History and Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
