Kelsey Hutton has a background in research, strategy, and planning, with experience in various government and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Manager, Strategy and Planning for the Manitoba Youth Hubs Initiative at United Way Winnipeg, Kelsey previously held roles at the Government of Canada and The Legislative Assembly of Manitoba. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Politics from The University of Winnipeg, Kelsey has a strong foundation for their work in project management and research.
