Sybil Allen has accumulated extensive experience in various roles since 2003, currently serving as an REA Specialist at the Center for Business Excellence since April 2012 and also as a VITA volunteer with the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties. Prior to these positions, Sybil worked as a Program Surveyor for the Center for Business Excellence for a short period in early 2012 and spent over eight years as the General Manager at Edwin Stipe, Inc. Sybil's educational background includes attendance at Northampton Community College from 1976 to 1978.
