Ann Terry is an experienced professional in workforce development and talent acquisition, currently serving as Agency Relationship Manager at United Way of the Mid-South since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ann held several positions at Memphis Bioworks Foundation, including Director Of Workforce Development and Program Manager, from November 2011 to December 2020. Ann's career also includes experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Medtronic and extensive roles at Randstad Work Solutions, culminating in senior management positions. Earlier experience includes managing customer operations at Time Warner Cable and directing admissions and recruitment at the University of Memphis School of Law. Ann Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rust College.
