Damon Mitchell is a skilled communication professional with a robust background in reporting and narrative development. Currently serving as the Narrative Change Senior Manager at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since September 2022, Damon previously held the position of Enterprise Reporter at Nashville Public Radio from December 2019 to September 2022. Additionally, Damon contributed to Detour: Detroit's free email newsletter as an Emerging Voices Fellow from January 2019 to December 2019 and worked as a freelance reporter from September 2017 to December 2019. Damon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Wayne State University.
