Cal Williams has extensive experience in community and workforce development, currently serving as the Government Affairs Chair for the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce since 2010. As the Senior Director of Development, Community & Labor Relations at United Way of Massachusetts Bay since May 2004, Cal has focused on enhancing community partnerships. Additionally, Cal has held the position of Merrimack Valley Youth Council Chair with the Merrimack Valley Workforce Development Board since May 2000. Previous experience includes a long tenure at UPS Air & Ground Operations, where Cal specialized in Human Resource Workforce Planning from 1968 to 2004.
