Katie Martinez is an experienced finance and development professional with a strong background in donor relations and project coordination. Currently serving as a Finance Specialist and previously as a Donor Relations Specialist at United Way of Lake County since April 2022, Katie has also held the position of Development Coordinator at JCC Chicago for a brief period in early 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Menards as a Delivery Coordinator and Head Cashier from October 2014 to February 2022, and a summer internship at Women Employed as a Summer Leadership Intern in 2021. Additionally, Katie participated in the Future Leaders Program at The Chicago Network in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate's degree from the College of Lake County.
