Teresa O’Loughlin Bianchi

Chief Development Officer at United Way of Greater Rochester

Teresa O'Loughlin Bianchi has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1989 with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, where they held the role of Corporate Relations Manager. In 1994, they moved to the Rochester Rehabilitation Center, where they were the Assistant Development Director. In 2000, they began volunteering for Lakeshore Community Church and the National Kidney Foundation. In 2002, they took on the role of Office Manager at Oakleaf Landscape Associates. In 2007, they became an Account Manager at Telecomp. In 2008, they took on the role of Director of Development & Communications at Flower City Habitat for Humanity. In 2016, they became the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity- Buffalo. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Chief Development Officer at United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes.

Teresa O'Loughlin Bianchi attended Cardinal Mooney High School from 1981 to 1989. Teresa then went on to earn a BA in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College between 1985 and 1989.
