Shelly Hicks, MBA, is currently serving as the Vice President of Education at United Way of Greater New Haven. Prior to this role, Hicks held positions such as Director of External Relations at Elevate Charter Schools, Community Engagement Manager at Connecticut Charter Schools Association, and Director of Communications & Community Relations at Highville Charter School. With a BS in Human Services from Springfield College and an MBA from Howard University School of Business, Hicks has a strong foundation in both education and business.
