Heather Chapman is the VP of United Way Neighborhood Zones at United Way of Central Maryland. Prior to their current position, Heather was a Faculty Clinical Instructor at University of Maryland Baltimore where they provided virtual therapy several evenings a week. Heather has also served as the Clinic Director at Phoenix Therapeutic Foundation, Deputy Director and Co-founder at Ben Franklin Center for Community Schools, and Program Director at Chesapeake Center for Youth Development, Inc.
Heather Chapman has a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Virginia. Heather also has a certification from the Board of Social Work Examiners in LCSW-C.
