Lee Earls possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in leadership and community service roles. Since January 2017, Lee has volunteered with the United Way of Central Florida. In addition, Lee serves as an Ombudsman and District Council Chair for Florida's Office of State Long Term Care, focusing on the health and rights of long-term care facility residents since September 2014. Previous positions include serving as a Board Member for Junior Achievement and as a Retail Store Manager for Starbucks. Lee held the title of VP Marketing at Celebrate Results! and spent over 16 years at JCPenney as a Store Leader, where responsibilities included managing business performance, setting strategic direction, and ensuring customer experience. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Florida.
