Emily Steffens is a finance and database staff specialist at the United Way of Berks County since April 2019. Prior to this role, Emily worked at Rentokil Steritech North America in customer payments from December 2017 to April 2019 and as a customer service representative from May 2015 to October 2016. Emily also gained experience as a customer service representative at Ambius from October 2016 to December 2017. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2011 and 2015.
