Ella Pullman currently serves as the Resource Development Manager at the United Way of Asheville & Buncombe County, a position held since April 2023. Prior roles include Program Coordinator and Pet Adoption Counselor at Asheville Humane Society from September 2020 to April 2023, Program Assistant at Verner: A Center for Early Learning from October 2019 to August 2020, and STEM Coordinator for AmeriCorps at the Boys and Girls Club from September 2018 to August 2019. Ella began a career through an internship at The Homeless Children's Playtime Project in 2016, where responsibilities included social media management and working with children in shelters. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Appalachian State University, obtained in 2018, and attended Kingston University in the same year.
