Francis Low is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in water and wastewater process and network projects at United Utilities since October 2008. Prior to this role, Francis served as a project manager focusing on water aqueduct and network projects. From 1997 to 2008, Francis worked as a water industry professional at North West Water Ltd, engaging in various roles related to water and wastewater planning, operations, and project delivery. Francis began the career as a sponsored engineering student at Monsanto Europe from 1995 to 1996. Educational qualifications include an M.Eng in Chemical (Process) Engineering from the University of Cambridge, earned between 1993 and 1997.
