TJ Hines has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2006, they spent five years as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy, where they gained experience in various tasks such as plotting, radio-telephone operations, and maintaining Combat Information Center displays. Following this, TJ worked as a Contract Specialist from 2011 to 2013, where their responsibilities included creating contract close out modifications and utilizing various systems to create contracts and report contract status. From 2013 to 2020, they held the role of Federal Account Executive at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, focusing on providing IT training solutions to clients worldwide. Currently, TJ holds the position of Federal Account Manager at United Training, a company that offers innovative training and learning solutions to help professionals enhance their skills.
TJ Hines completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Information Systems Security from the same institution, from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including the Project Management Preparation Program from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Southern California in November 2014, the Social Selling Master certification from Sales for Life in September 2014, the Red Hat Training Sales Specialist certification from Red Hat in September 2013, the Microsoft Sales Specialist certification from Microsoft in July 2013, and the CON 100 - Shaping Smart Business Arrangements certification from Defense Acquisition University in January 2013.
