John Byer has extensive experience in various roles within design, customer service, and production support. Currently serving as Lean Support at Exotic Metals Forming Co LLC since November 2014, John designs and builds support materials for production while promoting Lean principles and facilitating Kaizen events. Additionally, John has been a Certified Catia designer since August 2014 while freelancing and works in customer service at United Tile since November 2013. Previous experience includes sales and design at Seattle Glass Block from June 2011 to November 2013, focusing on glass block products and wedi shower systems. John holds a Catia v5 certificate from Renton Technical College and an Associates of Arts degree from Edmonds College, with a focus on Fine Arts and Psychology.
