Bryan B. began their work experience in 2008 as a Student Manufacturing Associate at Symmetry Medical Inc. BRYAN later joined United Surgical in 2011, where they held various roles such as Product Development Engineer, Corporate Product Development Engineer, and Vice President of Engineering. During their time at United Surgical, Bryan designed and developed innovative orthopedic braces and equipment, leading to pending and assigned patents. BRYAN also designed a patented retail box for the company's product line. Additionally, Bryan served as the Operations Manager for the Knee Brace Manufacturing Department.

Bryan B. earned a Bachelor's degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Trine University. BRYAN attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
