Brie Barry currently serves as a Judicial Clerk at the United States Tax Court, a position held since June 2023, following a previous role as a Judicial Extern at the same court in late 2022. Brie gained experience as an Associate Attorney and Post-Bar Law Clerk at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck between September 2021 and May 2022, and previously worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm in the summer of 2020. Brie also worked as a Law Clerk at Burris Law from May 2019 to May 2020. Brie Barry holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Doctor of Law with an emphasis in Tax Law from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
