Raymond Ruscoe

Director, Joint Integrated Space Team at United States Space Force

Raymond Ruscoe currently serves as the Director of the Joint Integrated Space Team - Cyber at the United States Space Force, a position held since July 2023. In addition, Raymond Ruscoe is an Adjunct Professor at the American Public University System, a role undertaken since August 2021. Between July 2022 and July 2023, Raymond Ruscoe worked as the Space Implementation Program Manager for NATO. Prior experience includes various leadership and instructional roles in the United States Air Force from January 2002 to July 2022, including Assistant Professor, Commander of the 38th Student Squadron, and Deputy Division Chief for International Affairs and Foreign Disclosure. Academically, Raymond Ruscoe holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from American Military University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Franciscan University of Steubenville, along with multiple military education certifications.
