Charles Russell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hazardous materials management and luxury travel. Since September 2012, Charles has served as a Supervisory Hazardous Materials Specialist and previously as a Hazardous Materials Specialist at the U.S. Capitol Police. In addition, Charles has been a Luxury Travel Professional at By The Sea Travel, LLC since June 2017. Also in June 2017, Charles took on the role of Hazardous Materials Response Chief with the St. Mary's County Government. Charles holds an educational background from the University of Maryland.
