Candace D. Young, MBA, currently serves as Sr. Growth Marketing at the U.S. Soccer Federation since January 2025. Prior to this role, Candace held various marketing positions including Brand Growth Strategist and Marketing Strategist at Piedmont Healthcare from February 2020 to January 2025, and Marketing Manager at Ally Commerce from August 2018 to February 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Marketing Automation Manager at Sage and Marketing Operations Specialist at Silverpop, an IBM Company. Candace began a marketing career at Grizzard Communications Group and has experience as a Marketing Specialist and Coordinator at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP. Candace started in the field as a Tournament Operations Intern with the American Junior Golf Association. Candace holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University.
