Suzu Cornella, MS, is an experienced professional in coaching education, sports psychology, and athletic training. Suzu serves as the Manager of Coaching Education Programming at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since 2021, after previously holding the role of Coaching Education Fellow. As the founder of Summits of the Mind LLC, Suzu provides mental training for climbers and outdoor athletes. A competitive rock climber, Suzu has represented Team USA multiple times, achieving notable placements in national and world competitions. Additional experience includes roles as an athlete coordinator, team coach, and educator, alongside a Master's degree in Applied Sport Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Science Education.
