Nolan Dean is a New Business Development Manager in Business Innovation at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, focusing on strategic framework development for new opportunities. Prior experience includes co-founding PowHER PlayHER, an NIL platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of female student-athletes, and serving as a Strategy Consultant at Elevate Sports Ventures, where responsibilities included managing project deliverables and providing strategic analyses. Additional roles involved project management at Oregon Accelerator and business development at Oregon Consulting Group. Nolan holds an MBA in Sports Business from the University of Oregon and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
