Kelsey Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and organizations. Kelsey is currently working as the Director of Strategic Impact at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Business Transformation Lead and Senior Business Consultant at the same organization.
Before joining the USOPC, Kelsey worked at Deloitte as a Strategy & Analytics Senior Consultant and Consultant. Kelsey also gained valuable experience at Princeton University, where they served as a Graduate Fellow and Associate Editor in various roles related to religion, diplomacy, international relations, and security studies.
Kelsey's government experience includes internships at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, NATO, and the United States Senate. At the Senate, they worked as a Research Assistant and Staff Assistant/Tour Coordinator. Kelsey also completed a research internship at Canary Wharf Group plc in the field of public affairs.
Kelsey Montgomery attended Grinnell College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science. They were also recognized as a Phi Beta Kappa member and a National Merit Scholar. In 2010, Kelsey participated in the Grinnell-In-London program, studying Political Science.
During the year 2009, Kelsey studied at IES Abroad, focusing their studies on the French language.
Later on, Kelsey pursued a Master of Public Affairs degree with a specialization in International Relations at Princeton University from 2014 to 2016.
