Jim Lenz has extensive work experience in event planning and management. Jim currently holds the position of Director, Events & Logistics at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since December 2022. Before this role, they were the General Manager & Co-owner of Two Unique Caterers & Event Planners from May 2019 to December 2022. Jim also served as the Business Manager at the same company from January 2017 to May 2019.

Prior to their work at Two Unique Caterers & Event Planners, Jim worked at the United States Olympic Committee in various positions. Jim was the Manager of Meeting & Event Services from October 2014 to January 2017, Assistant Manager of Operations from September 2012 to October 2014, and Programs Coordinator of Operations from July 2010 to September 2012.

Additionally, Jim worked as an Event Consultant at US Lacrosse from May 2011 to February 2015 and as an Event Coordinator at USA Taekwondo from May 2009 to July 2010.

Jim Lenz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2007. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Indiana State University.
