Bailey Daniel is an experienced professional in sports management and marketing, currently serving as Coordinator for Paralympics and IMS Operations at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since April 2023. Previous roles include Athletic & Marketing Director at Trinity Episcopal School and Recruitment Specialist at YourHire, with a focus on providing top candidates for growth companies. At The University of Texas at Austin, Bailey worked as a Senior Student Associate in the Cheer/Pom program, and held leadership positions within the Texas Spirit Program as both Co-Captain and Captain. Bailey has also contributed as a Legislative Assistant at Texas Star Alliance and served as a Substitute Teacher at Victoria Independent School District, alongside experience as a Gymnastics Instructor at Manning's Gymnastics Centerplex.
