Rachel Kaufman is currently the Executive Director of the United States Lactation Consultant Association. Prior to this role, Rachel held executive positions at Serving Spirit Home Care, The Senior Directory, and Griswold Home Care. Rachel also has experience in clinical coordination and medical case management. Rachel graduated with degrees in Human Development & Family Studies and Public Administration from Penn State University.
