Yitbarek B T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network engineering and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at the United States Institute of Peace since July 2019, Yitbarek has previously held the role of IT Technical Supervisor at PSAV from February 2014 to July 2019, where exceptional customer service and technical maintenance of back office computers were key responsibilities. Prior to this, Yitbarek worked as a Freelance/Contract Audio Visual Technician from June 2012 to February 2014. Yitbarek holds a degree from HiLCoE School of Computer Science and Technology, completed in 2012.
