Seema Siddiqui is an accomplished administrative services manager with extensive experience in fiscal management across various government sectors. Currently serving at the United States District Court, District of Minnesota since June 2011, Seema oversees the Administrative Services Division, managing finance, procurement, budgets, and statistics, and recently facilitated the integration of services with US Pretrial and Probation Services. Previously, Seema held roles including Fiscal Services Manager at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, Accounting Manager at the MN Department of Health, Finance Director at the MN Office of Administrative Hearings, and Senior Accounting Officer at the MN Department of Human Services. Seema holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Saint Thomas and a BS in Accounting from Metro State University, demonstrating a solid educational background complemented by leadership training from the Emerging Leaders Institute.
