Ericka Correa has a diverse work experience starting as an Office Clerk at Vancouver Realty in 2004. Ericka then progressed through various roles in career services and recruitment, including positions at Everest College, The MENTOR Network, and United Staffing Solutions, Inc. Their most recent role was as a Recruiting Team Lead at United Staffing Solutions, Inc. since February 2020. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong background in HR recruiting and talent acquisition.

Ericka Correa attended Warren High School and graduated with a High School Diploma. Ericka then pursued General Education at The California State University.
