Kelly Boyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning, writing, and emergency management. Currently serving as a Senior Planner at IEM since November 2015, Kelly specializes in Access and Functional Needs planning for the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM). In addition to this role, Kelly has contributed as a freelance writer for various publications, including the Trenton Times and United Spinal Association, since 1999. Previous positions include Program Officer at the NJ Governor's Office on Volunteerism, where oversight of New Jersey's AmeriCorps program was a key responsibility, and Communications & Emergency Management Specialist for the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. Kelly holds a degree from The College of New Jersey, completed in 2002.
