Charlie Beck has over a decade of experience in inside sales and management. Currently serving as Manager of Inside Sales at United Site Services since April 2012, Charlie established and leads the first Inside Sales team for the organization, mentoring a diverse group of sales professionals. Prior experience includes a managerial role at AVG from 2009 to 2012, where oversight of three Inside Sales teams focused on customer acquisition and relationship management was notable. Earlier roles include Account Manager at Mzinga, specializing in eLearning product sales to Fortune 2000 clients, and Director of Sales Operations at Impole, where program execution for high-tech clients was a key responsibility. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA in Business Operations Management from Rivier University.
