Mark Kaufman is an experienced security and operations professional with a diverse background in managing security and public safety across various venues. Currently serving as Director of Security for both United Security Services and Hyatt Regency - Universal Security Services, Mark oversees hotel security operations. Previous roles include Director of Public Safety at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where compliance with safety standards was paramount, and a significant tenure at Oracle Arena & Oakland Alameda County Coliseum, holding positions as Vice President of Operations, CEO, and General Manager.
