William Rhyne is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and Salesforce development. Currently serving as the Director of IT Customer Systems at United Rentals since March 2017, William has advanced from roles such as Manager of Enterprise Analytics and BI & Salesforce Development Manager. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, and facilitating agile practices. Prior to United Rentals, William held significant positions at Woodforest National Bank as a Database Developer/Administrator/BI Architect and at Medidata Solutions as a Business Intelligence Analyst/DBA. William began their career as an Operational Manager at Pacsun and later gained consulting experience with Robert Half Technology. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
