Leo Lencioni currently serves as an Associate Account Executive at CAC Specialty, focusing on the Property and Casualty team with a specialization in Real Estate since September 2022. In addition to this role, Leo serves as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army, beginning in August 2022. Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Leo worked as a Global Market Research Intern at Pulsara from December 2021 to September 2022, where contributions included research and analysis that supported the company's sales, business development, and marketing strategies in global markets. Leo completed a degree in International Affairs with a focus on Russian Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2018 to 2022 and participated in an abroad study program in Atenas, Costa Rica, from July 2017 to June 2018.
