Dave Stewart has over 20 years of experience in call center management and customer care, currently serving as Sr. Manager Inbound Sales at United Rentals since August 2005. Stewart has been instrumental in developing the first centralized Reservation Team in the Equipment Rental industry, creating the Government Solutions Center, and launching a corporate command center for Emergency Response. Prior roles include Call Center Manager, where Stewart established a 60-seat call center and launched the National Account Solutions Team, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Earlier in the career at Bose Corporation, Stewart managed a start-up call center, contributing significantly to the Direct Marketing Group's sales, generating between $127 million and $218 million annually.
