Larissa Abaunza is currently the Human and Women's Rights Manager at the United Religions Initiative, contributing to the organization's violence prevention efforts since February 2023. Additionally, Larissa serves as the Research Project Manager for Women In International Security, where responsibilities include directing research agendas and managing research programming. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at GSD Group and Impact Campaign Consultant for The Abaunza Group, focusing on social impact through media. Larissa has also worked as a legal researcher at Haysbert | Moultrie LLP and taught English and university courses in Hungary as a Fulbright Scholar. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and History from Claremont McKenna College.
