Francisco Velez, MBA, Ed.M., currently serves as the Assistant School Business Administrator for Perth Amboy School District, overseeing financial and business operations since June 2019. Previously, Francisco held leadership roles as a high school principal, implementing the Personalized Learning Program for at-risk students and enhancing graduation rates. As the Managing Member of Port Rich Property Group, LLC since 2008, Francisco has focused on real estate investments. Additional experience includes serving as a real estate consultant with United Real Estate and leadership roles in Passaic Public Schools and Jersey City’s Board of Education. Early career positions included roles at Lucent Technologies and PSEG, emphasizing product management and strategic planning. Francisco's educational credentials include ongoing Ed.D. studies at Seton Hall University, alongside advanced degrees in administration and business from Saint Peter's University and Rutgers Business School, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
