Rashid Al Issa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rashid is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at United Real Estate Company (URC), where they lead the efforts in Human Resources, Administration, Government Relations, Information Technology, and Procurement. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources & Admin at URC, where they oversaw a team of 22 members and managed various functions such as Human Resources, Administration, Government Relations, Information Technology, and Procurement.

Before joining URC, Al Issa worked at Kuwait Telecommunication Company - VIVA as the Director of Talent Management. In this role, they were responsible for Talent Sourcing & Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Training & Development.

Rashid also served as a Senior Manager in the Talent Acquisition department at Kuwait Finance House, where they led recruitment efforts across 12 verticals and all job levels. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Manager of Recruitment and Manpower Planning at Kuwait Finance House, where they oversaw the recruitment function for various departments within the organization.

Al Issa has also worked at NBK Capital as a Manager and Officer in Talent Management - Recruitment, as well as a Senior Product Development Analyst.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Kuwait Finance and Investment Company as an Assistant Vice President of Business Development, and at Gulf Investment Corporation as an Analyst in Real Estate Investment.

Overall, Al Issa has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, recruitment, and business development across various industries.

Rashid Al Issa attended The George Washington University School of Business from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business. In 2005, they completed the KIA New Recruit Training Program, specializing in Investment Management. In 2012, they attended Cornell University's Promising Leaders Program, concentrating on Leadership and Building Business Acumen. Lastly, in 2016, Rashid Al Issa participated in a Leadership Development program at the Harvard Business School, focusing on Leading Strategy Execution in Financial Services.
